“The bags I bought were of good quality and dispatched promptly. Unfortunatly the chosen courier claimed no one was in despite being an industrial unit in use from 06.30 until 18.00. The delivery was dumped at a shop, fortunatly no too far away.”

I can see that your net total fell under this, resulting in a delivery fee. There is also a calculator at the checkout letting you know how much is required to hit this. “Part of my order was deliverd wrong items. On contacting Dust Spares, this was quickly put right by next day delivery. Thought the carriage on main order was somwhat high as the items were not large or heavy.”

“I Have 1 issue i ordered a 125mm dia Tsection and a 125mm dia angle bend and they don't fit inside each other, which doesn't really make sense. Kind regards Mark.”

This is mentioned on the description at the bottom of the page and is a related product. To make this more visible, we will get this mentioned in the top description for these types of products. “the products are good and well made but I ordered a 200dia 60deg bend but got a 200dia 90deg the 200dia Y section was right! but I did not get them till Monday the 25/09 and had to get them from the post office. being an engineer I have modified the 200dia 90deg to 60deg so it is now fitted, good job I'm a good welder!”
