“Good service, fast delivery, with the exception that I have asked both times for my parcel to be left by my back door, and both times I have had to collect from the depot!! Even with leaving a note on the front door. Could you not ask for the parcel to be signed for......”

“I ordered a gift set of Sailor Jerrys rum and on the gift tag I wrote "happy housewarming bumhole face" but when the package arrived it just said "happy housewarming" I was disappointed with that. But other than that the product arrived fast and matched the description.”

“Easy to use web site. Never had any problems. Wines that you can't get in the high street at reasonable prices. The only concern is nothing to do with Drinks Direct but the carriers they use. I specifically put Do Not leave unless signed for. 2nd time I've done this and guess what. Left for anyone to take on the doorstep.... 18 bottles of wine at ?150 could have been an easy take!!!!”

“Competitively priced and very good range gives Drinks Direct an edge over other on line suppliers, add this to an easy effective web-site and a very fast shipping and delivery and it?s a winning proposition. I was buying booze as a present for my in-laws and by the time I called them to expect delivery it had already arrived.”

“After searching the web Drinksdirect.com was clearly the best option for getting a bottle of Cristal at short notice, good price, next day delivery as standard and as an added bonus 'a gold gift tag with your message written included'.. As advertised the champagne delivered the next working day and on opening the box i found the gold gift tag, shocked is the best way i can describe my reaction. Basically it was a 15p gift tag with my message poorly printed on to a sticker (with my order date and reference number) which was then stuck in to the tag at an angle. Rather disappointing and tacky to say the least especially when you are spending over 150 on the product, needless to say i did not include it in the gift. Nice Idea, but if you are going to do something, do it properly.”

“This was a really great bottle of rum which I struggle to find in the UK. Price was very reasonable. Product arrived well packaged. Delivery guy followed by instructions well. All-in-all very pleased and shall definitely be returning Only bit of feedback I have which is not great is that I wish there were more service propositions (like the likes of ASOS.com) where you have same priced delivery any day of the week and it is as cheap as possible for next day delivery - often drinks are needed last minute. If you sent an email offering free next day delivery I'd definitely pay attention!”

“i recently received my order from drinks direct, was impressed by the competence of the people who processed my order. The one i was not happy with was the courier, not only did he leave the my parcels without a signature he dumped them upsidedown in the coal bunker. He proceded to turn his van around on my premises, in doing so he hit my garden fence and knocked it down costing me a small fortune to repair. I have been in contact with the courier depot manager and he is doing nothing to rectify the damage his staff caused to my property.”

“Wanted to order a specific gift and struggled to do so on other websites. Had a little slip up with entering the address when the order was confirmed but an email to sort out was very promptly dealt with and solved by Drinksdirect. Item ordered arrived swiftly, much appreciated.”

VAT is included in the prices shown on the website. However during checkout the prices displayed are different as the price is split into the product price and the VAT element.
