“Ordered a Christmas present as ever, a good choice and reliable delivery. Price is reasonable but shown without VAT initially so can be misleading. That minor quibble aside, my first stop for Xmas drinks presents.”

“Good service from Drinks Direct, however do have to mention that the courier service was not good, they had not tried to deliver to a neighbour as i was not in, and when re-booking they never turned up so had to collect from them myself. whilst i was there another person had also mentioned to them that he had booked twice and no shows, and they had to collect.”

“I had been searching fro this product (Sticky Toffee Pudding Wine) for a couple of years I have looked at The other Drinks Direct site where it was listed as 'out of stock' it was only when I went to the other site and found the wine 'formerly known as Sticky Toffee Pudding Wine ' that i was able to order it It would have been helpful had you had directed the reader to the alternative site However I am delighted to have found it although I loved the other bottle Speedy delivery Great”

“Website easy to use. Most of order arrived in a couple of days, however 1 case of wine was not dispatched. I've not been charged but I don't know if they are sending it or not. I've emailed them but no reply yet. These are gifts for customer that I need to post well before Christmas. If they are not coming, it's not a problem ill get another case somewhere else but I need to know. I use this company, not what you'd call regularly, but I've never had a problem before. That's why only 4 stars this time. Will use them again though”

Thanks for your feedback. It looks like there is a supply issue on part of your order on back order. We apologise for the delay in advising further, but this is partly to do with the order volumes currently being processed. However you will be contacted today by a member of customer services team.

“The experience overall very good. Good value proposition. Their website payment online option was not working that was inconvenient . But we sorted it out over the phone eventually. Tha most annoying point is with the courier service they use. Citylink are awful . We missed the delivery once, completely ignored instructions to leave with the porter. Dubious they came a second time and then had to drive 45 min to get it from their depot because they would not rearrange delivery. Many Bad experiences with Citylink so I would suggest they change their courier company.”

“When I first submitted the order I received an email saying that my credit card address did not match the shipping address. Not sure why that happened because it was the right address, but perhaps there was some subtle detail. Anyway, getting that resolved was a bit of hassle because I think they were very busy. I thought maybe they would call me but they didn't, and then I wrote them emails, and sometimes there was more than a day between hearing. Other times it was a bunch of emails in rapid succession as we homed in on the solution: delete the order and do another one with a different card. The new order was shipped and arrived the next day. Very fast. SO other than the hiccup I was/am very pleased with the service.”

“Cannot argue with the prompt delivery or the speed in which my orders are processed. Upon delivery everything has always been present and correct. Only criticism is that the prices are not the cheapest but is the ONLY place I can find the Guinness surger cans.”
