“Great selection of products, fantastically fast delivery. Only complaint would be having to spend over ?8.00 before vat to be able to order then having vat and delivery put on top meaning i had to spend nearly ?20 just to get the ?2.00 product that i wanted. However i would definitely use the site again!”

“Quick service & delivery (would have given 5stars if the delivery driver hadnt slamed the parcel of cans on the floor..despite "fragile glass & this way up" printed on the box!) Have not inspected for damage yet”

“Good service,reasonable prices and fast delivery, these guys are great, they are ideal for just a couple of hard to find liquers or a few cases of your favourite wine, i have used them a few times and would definately use them again.”

“I used to have this as a youngster at Christmas, pretending that I was grown up, staggering around pretending to be drunk. I have also continued drinking this as it's benefits, are great and I still have that child like feeling of years gone by. The only problem is now it is hard to find, thank you Drinks Direct for filling an old mans memories with this wonderful product.”

“This is the first website I have used that does not provide the facility of an alternative delivery address apart from being to say for example "leave at number xx if not in". This is not good enough.”

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read of the delivery address issue you experienced. It is possible to specify a delivery address that is different to the invoice address. On the first checkout page you are prompted "Deliver to a Different Address?". If you click on the respective tick box, a tick appears. You are then prompted for a delivery address on a later checkout page. I apologise if this was in any way unclear and if it detracted from your experience of using the DrinksDirect.co.uk service. “Ordered a Christmas present as ever, a good choice and reliable delivery. Price is reasonable but shown without VAT initially so can be misleading. That minor quibble aside, my first stop for Xmas drinks presents.”

“Straightforward website, easy to use. Reasonable range of products. Quick cycle order to delivery, with tracking. Clear billing. Reasonable delivery charge. Only 4 stars as prices a little high - but you pay for the service. Great if you want half a dozen specific drinks delivered quickly.”

“Website easy to use. Most of order arrived in a couple of days, however 1 case of wine was not dispatched. I've not been charged but I don't know if they are sending it or not. I've emailed them but no reply yet. These are gifts for customer that I need to post well before Christmas. If they are not coming, it's not a problem ill get another case somewhere else but I need to know. I use this company, not what you'd call regularly, but I've never had a problem before. That's why only 4 stars this time. Will use them again though”

Thanks for your feedback. It looks like there is a supply issue on part of your order on back order. We apologise for the delay in advising further, but this is partly to do with the order volumes currently being processed. However you will be contacted today by a member of customer services team.

“Needed a little something back home for a gift and came by this place. By the time I purchased the bottle and shipped it over it would have cost about ?60. However I was able to find here for ?30. Job done. Fast delivery as well. No worries”

“I ordered 6 bottles of wine and they arrived quickly. My only criticism is that the website states that I will get an email telling me when the wine is being delivered. This did not happen and I had to send an email to ask”
