“The service was prompt and efficient in delivering the products I bought. The packaging was of a very high quality and the packaging of the products inside the box was of an equally high standard. I made an error in ordering one item after I had paid for the order, and I had to send an email to customer services to correct the mistake. The email was answered and my mistake was rectified quickly and I was sent a confirmation that this had been done. Excellent customer service - a shout out to Mark for this top quality customer support.”

“The whole product ordering-to-goods receipt process was facile and faultless : simple website navigation and payment,got an instant receipt and order tracker number. My order promptly arrived the next day : well-packaged,in the correct quantities,and in pristine condition. Saved up to 70% on some items compared to the main DIY retailers - superb ! Just need to expand the product range... 6 out of 5 stars,if possible .....Will definitely buy from DIY Direct again. Highly recommended from my experience.”
