“This is long overdue, especially due to the superior level of customer service they provided. My order was dispatched super quick, so I had next day delivery despite not paying for it which was great. There was an issue with my order but itbwas resolved so easily and efficiently, I would happily buy from DIY direct again and they really value their customers! I wish other companys were as great. Thank you so much!”
