“I went to my local Homebase to buy some Bartoline filler which I have used several times before but they were out of stock and very vague about when they might have a supply. I went back to my car in their car park and googled Bartoline and found it on DIY Direct Express website so ordered it. I received it the next morning so could get on with the repair I was doing. Fantastic service and will definitely use DIY Direct again”

“The nuts and bolts I ordered came on time , I had an issue with what I bought and the customer service team ( Tina) was very helpful and helped to resolve the issue , altogether excellent service.”
