Hi Jonathan, we're sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. Looking at your order it appears to have been placed on Saturday the 10th and according to the tracking on your order, this consignment was dispatched on the 12th and delivered on the 14th. Royal Mail have provided an image of where the package was delivered. A link to your tracking details should have been sent along with the copy of your delivery note. “I love my new 300ltr IBC. As a builder it is the perfect size to carry in my van with mixer, generator etc, and completes my ability to work remotely. It is light, compact and appears very strong and well made. I will get plenty of use out of it. A client of mine, whom is a garden designer, was so impressed he ordered one as it will fit on the back of their ATV.”

“I bought a 60 litre open head drum for storing flour in to keep it in perfect condition. I buy my flour in 25 kg sacks, this was for organic rye flour, and one of those fits well in one of those drums. The drum arrived in good time and is just the right thing for this use. I have ordered another one straight away as I need one for organic wheat flour... Time for me to get busy baking organic sourdough bread now !”
