“the product is fine, no problem, and the delivery was good too, the only thing i am missing is an invoice, I'm hoping that doing this reveiw will actually prompt you in sending me one, thanks”

“They did not tell me that the item I had purchased was out of stock until a few days after. I was able to speak to them and arrange a suitable alternative but I would have liked to have known before i.e. it shouldn't have been listed on the site. The currier service was good and the currier himself was very helpful. I would recommend Direct water tanks to friends and family.”

“I had a very specific requirement for my water tank and could not find what I was looking for on the website, so used the chat. Initially the feedback I received was not correct but when I post a follow-up question Eric managed to get the right answer for me. The online purchase self dispatch delivery et cetera was all excellent”
