“They did not tell me that the item I had purchased was out of stock until a few days after. I was able to speak to them and arrange a suitable alternative but I would have liked to have known before i.e. it shouldn't have been listed on the site. The currier service was good and the currier himself was very helpful. I would recommend Direct water tanks to friends and family.”

“I had a very specific requirement for my water tank and could not find what I was looking for on the website, so used the chat. Initially the feedback I received was not correct but when I post a follow-up question Eric managed to get the right answer for me. The online purchase self dispatch delivery et cetera was all excellent”

“Pricing was clear , the one thing i would say is there was an oily residue of something in the tanks so i have had to try and flush them out”

Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. While our reconditioned IBCs are cleaned to a very high standard there can (on a very rare occasion) be a small amount of residue left inside them.
