“I was happy with the service, I have dropped 1 star due to the silver trimmers, because they were not stored flat, the ones I had delivered would not stick to walls, due to they had bellowed a complete nightmare”

“Panels were ok in one pack but 4 cracked in 2nd pack delivery was sent quick Did not call as we were almost done when we noticed last 4 cracked so made them do”

“Purchased 6mm x250mm tongue and groove wall cladding great product and service from DBS but let down badly by their courier company. Every panel had damage but by the time I got around to actualy unwrapping it was too late to complain so wasted a lot of product and had not enough left to finish project. Luckily it was for my own use so decided to leave one wall to paint instead of cladding but disappointed that I could not complete it as planned.”

“Great product with great service but your delivery company is rubbish as both orders I have had in the past both had damage in numerous boards, luckily I had to cut mine down quite a lot so I got away with cutting out the damaged parts but it’s not good but also know this isint the company’s fault as the delivery is seperate, but maybe something to look at for future. But my cladding looks amazing and has brought my bathroom into this century!”

“easy to use website, clear, great range of products and stock. Do request better packaging as many panels arrive damaged, DBS do replace them but it can hold up the works...”

We do package our orders the best as we can including fragile tape clearly marked on the parcels for the couriers to see. We then rely on the courier company to handle the parcel correctly but unfortunately, it appears they have let us down on this occasion. “have used four times now, products look great once done, have to be careful and take care but once together no problem. Had some damage from delivery but was able to discard via cuts, would recommend.”

“Good range of product. Quick delivery. But. Please pack it better. Always half of the panels arrive damaged. Yes DBs replace them but it is a waste of materials and time waiting for replacement”

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, the odd damaged parcel can occur from the handling of the courier. However, we are always on hand to resolve any issues that may occur. “Order process quite easy and quick delivery as mentioned during order. However, I should mention that the packaging was not adequately thick and/or protective enough leading to some damage to the packaging and a few minor scratches to a couple of the wall panels. The panels themselves look nice once fitted but have to be careful as these panels can be damaged quite easily during fitting and also once they are on the wall.”
