I Like the choice in the shop when visited, lots of stocked top quality items,bought a few items which i am impressed with!! but when i also visited to use the driving range I have noticed a couple of the shop staff come across very rude&condescending,think a change in their attitudes will better help your business to be honest,specially as their is plenty of competition out there!! Anyway because of the staffs cantankerous attitudes I am scoring you 3 stars..

When my package arrived on the DPD van the package was one box with a label stating package 2 of 2 The van driver stated that the packages are often separated but he could not locate package 1 of 2 I advised Charles golf that a package was missing but have had no reply. So where is this ?

Good morning, Thank you for your review. We read all of them ensuring we give the best possible service. I have looked into your order and I can see we have sent you the incorrect shoes. I apologise for this. Can not fault Clarke’s golf , just let down by the courier delivered on the 3rd attempt and 4 days late hence 3 stars

I have looked into your order and I can see that DPD did try to deliver on numerous occasions and your order was late. Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review your order with Clarkes' Golf. Your views matter to us and we read every review always striving to give the best customer experience possible. We have had a look at your order and I can see that you ordered after the 2pm cut off on 11th June, and your order was sent out on the 12th for delivery on 13th. It seems DPD were unable to deliver and a calling card was left on 13th. You were then able to pick up from a DPD pick up shop on 14th. We apologise on behalf of DPD for the 1 day delay. Ok overall, delivered product very quickly and no issue with quality. However, they did miss an item which I have emailed twice about but no response.

Clarkes was ok , but, DPD did not tell me a parcel was on its way, they did not give me a time and left the parcel in my wood store when Clarkes say they would not do so. I was on the golf course and had a text to tell me the pack had been delivered so had to rush home after the round!

As discussed over the phone you should have got an email and text to let you know the parcel was on its way, and then another notification with an hour's time slot. My initial order was wrong i was sent different golf shoes and wrong size. A few phone calls later the problem was resolved,and correct shoes dispatched fairly quickly

I purchased some ping g430s from here which cost alot of money as you know there not cheap, I phoned the shop as on the tracker for delivery it stated they were last seen at the clarkes shop when I phoned just to enquire they seemed quite annoyed on the phone that I had phoned to see if the clubs were in I was asked why I didn't have them delivered to my home address but in this case it only give me 1 delivery option and that was to clarkes shop, I then got the email a few days later stating the clubs were in and to phone the shop to confirm a collection day which I did this and once again was asked why I didn't have them delivered to my home address, I have picked the clubs up now and when I collected I wasn't asked for any identification they just give me the box when I said my first name and to me if your collecting something so expensive you should be asked for ID as I could of been anyone they didn't even ask for my surname. Also it states on the advertisement for these clubs that you get free golf balls and 20% off a bag or wedge which I didn't recieve any free golf balls or a voucher for 20% off, this has really dissapointed me as I use clarkes for everything I need for golf and never had any problems then this happens when I spend hell of alot of money.

I can confirm the balls of your choice have been sent to you and if you buy again we will honour the 20% off bag or wedge. We have also reinforced with our staff the procedure for picking up in store and proof of purchase/id is required. My issue is you use DPD who impose delivery times . They won’t leave items in a safe place and this is sufficient for me to look for other suppliers .

The item arrived in poor packing but after washing the shirt it now looks new I work in the logistics industry for over 35 years I was so disappointed to see iyems sent like this

I have looked into your order, and I can see that you have now opened a loyalty account with us and your points on your purchase have been allocated to your account. I do understand that you should have been made aware of the loyalty points at the point of sale and we are ensuring that all staff make our customers aware of the Loyalty Scheme. An email is sent out with every order inviting you to join our Loyalty Club. Once the customer has signed up the points will be allocated retrospectively. Ordering was easy, service efficient however I had to go and collect the goods from a drop off store which was not convenient and added a further 3 days to receiving the goods! I could have gone to a store and purchased the goods quicker.
