Product ok as was Powerkaddy but disappointed when getting to checkout to find delivery made it more expensive that other sites, after advertising it cheaper! So will probably look elsewhere in the future.

A smart golf jacket but a poor fit. I'm a 40 chest and the medium, suitable for 40-42 was too tight. Delivery was pretty quick but I was charged £3.00 , when the website says that orders over £40 are free on standard delivery. So watch out for that. And, of course, I was deducted a further £4.00 on my refund.

As far as customer service is concerned, I had a very good experience on a price comparison for a pair of sneakers I ordered. The customer service agent was prompt in their reply to my inquiry, friendly and helpful. As far as the actual product (sneakers) I cannot yet say as they have not shipped yet. I’m not quite sure what the hold up is for shipping. I haven’t received a tracking number yet and my order states “ready to ship” in the Shop tracking app for over a week now. A bit frustrating.

I recently purchased a Bushnell Phantom 2 slope range finder. This was delivered promptly by a Parkes Golf but regarding the range finder, I am finding it difficult to work, it is not user friendly and if anything it’s got too many functions, which are a maze to navigate. Not satisfied with this model, if like me you just want the distance to each hole on your approach shot by the type of range finder that you look through (i.e. telescope type)

Shipping takes too long. Would prefer if item was shipped in a box instead of a plastic bag.

Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We have looked into your order and can see that you ordered on the 16th July and you received the cap in USA on 24th July. We can confirm you did choose standard delivery and there was an option for a faster service. With regards to the cap being packed in a bag, we do agree that a box would have been the better solution. If honest I find most of the staff not that helpful and friendly . Kevin always helps and recognises you as someone who has spent good money at the shop . Seem to be more interested in thieves at the door than customers and being open and friendly

Good morning Thank you for your review. I have looked into your order and I can see you placed this on the 12th June and we sent your parcel out on the 13th. However this was lost with DPD and the first time we knew this is when you sent the review in. We then contacted you and sent out a replacement pair and it was received the next day. Spent quite a bit of money on the PowaKaddy micro trolley, the product came in the box but did have a few scuffs and marks on which I wasn’t too happy about especially buying from Clarkes golf for the first time!

Galvin Green Amos Waterproof Jacket Great product delivered next day. Only 3 stars as was charged for shipping even though it states free next day delivery on orders over £100. I guess I should have payed more attention at checkout!

The delivery was prompt and my purchase was as shown. I won’t be buying again as postage to N.Ireland is too expensive from Clarkes . Unfortunately the item didn’t fit and it cost £12 for postage in total.

Lots of choice and prices ok, facilities are great, had a custom fit which was great, but as I was going to spend a lot of money I just wanted to double check to make sure everything was 100% before I went forward. That's when it started to fall down, the questions I needed answering were ignored and the help wasn't there. Ended up going to another place who helped and they got my purchase.

Prompt efficient and good communications via email. I purchased shoes which were not suitable hence had to return them. Only issue was I had to pay for the returns, the shoes are now back in their possession, however, the refund (less postage) will take 10 days?

However, if you decide to exchange this is FREE of charge. With regards to the refund. I can confirm we received the returned shoes on Wednesday the 7th and the refund was actioned Thursday 8th February. The funds will be in your bank account on Tuesday 13th February.
