The waterproofs are great, but the paid for special delivery arrived 2 hours after the time booked and I had left in a golf trip!

Good morning Thank you for your comments your thoughts are very important to us. We are always striving to give the best customer service possible. I have looked into your order and you did pay for Saturday delivery. We sent out the parcel out on Friday and you did receive it on Saturday at 14.57 on time. Unfortunately the Saturday delivery does not guarantee a specific delivery time. I am sorry that it was not delivered in time for your golf trip. Regards Clarkes' Golf

It said order within the hour to receive order by 10.09.22. I did then I get an email saying deliver Monday, I was going on holiday so had to divert to a shop and then ask someone to pick it up.

I have taken a look at your order and I can see you took advantage of our FREE next working day delivery. You purchased your golf bag on Friday 9th September at 12.48 and you were due to receive the item on Monday 12th September which is on time. The items ordered were fine and delivered on time, thank you. However, I ordered 2 of the same, but different sizes and returned the size which did not fit. I'm disappointed that £4.00 was retained, why, I don't know and was not advised that this is your policy.

One of the items I ordered was a pair of trousers, dark grey in the picture - turns out to be a very light greeny grey. Have written in to highlight the issue but have had no acknowledgement.

I received my 2 x shirts all in good time. Very happy with this service. However, I purchased a powakaddy trolley 5 months back and it arrived with the wrong travel bag. I have chased with an email but it has been ignored. So not happy on that occasion.

Good selection of items, just disappointing I had to pay £4 for a return… my item was £34 so I am paying close to 10% to return something.

Good afternoon Thank you for your review, it is important to us to hear your thoughts as we are always striving to give the best customer service possible. I can confirm the postage label is free to exchange an item, however, to use our pre-paid label which is tracked and insured when requiring a refund I can confirm we will charge you £4 off the refund. We do say on the returns form that if you can send it back cheaper you can do so. I hope this helps and thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf.

These Puma shorts are a subtle blue and can be matched with a number of colours. Puma shorts used to come with an 11 inch in seam which was excellent for me as I am 6’ 4”. These shorts are 10 inch in seam so not ideal for me.

Website didn’t tell the truth, I ordered a shirt, got an email to say it’s been dispatched, then a day later saying it was out of stock. Ordered another style ( what I thought was white) when it arrived it looked like it had been through the wash 1000 times! It was disgusting. Re-ordered another make ( Callaway) and it doesn’t fit, way too small. Can’t be bothered to return it, I’ll sell it. The adidas and Callaway shirts are rubbish, the customer service at Clark’s was brilliant, can’t fault the very helpful staff at all , shame about the products

Good morning I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the website, we do read all our reviews and we take the comments seriously, always trying to work hard to improve our website and customer service. With regards to the stock error, we do run a live stock website and we work really hard to ensure it is accurate at all times, unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to locate the item. With regards to the alternative item you chose, the colour the manufacturer calls it is "white". I do agree it was an off-white colour. Once again I apologise for the experience you have had and I hope it does not put you off using Clarkes' Golf again in the future.

We waited a long time in the queue it was busy. I think you need to separate people buying goods, from people going on the driving range and miniature golf.

Ordered a golf club with the 24hr delivery option that never happened, spoke to a very helpful woman who said that DHL had lost the package but they didn’t send a replacement until 5 days later. Makes me wonder if they actually sent the first one. The club arrived in a very well packaged box and was as it was described. Shame it was a week late or you would of gotten 5 stars

Hi I recently bought a Ping 3 wood. The fitting experience with Rob was fantastic with no effort spared. This however was let down when I came to pick up the 3 wood, Rob had left and the cub was not set up to the fitting specification and it all seemed too much effort for the remaining staff to make the necessary changes.

I bought a pair of sketchers shoes which were size 7 but they are a American 8 first and I think a 8 is nearer a 7.5 so they are a bit big but I removed the label so will put up with them .So if your a seven be aware.

Quick delivery of this new product but web site gave a much lower ball compression figure than that on the box (70), so a little disappointed.

Good morning, Thank you for reviewing Clarkes'Golf we have noted your comments, hpwever, we do not charge postage if you are exchanging an item. This is free of charge. If you would like a refund we do charge £4 return postage, where your item is tracked and insured as soon as you drop it off at the post office. I ordered a club that appeared to be in stock. I then had a call to advise that it was not available until mid-May. When I queried this, I was advised that it was possible to obtain one within a week, delivery was promised for the following Friday. It had not arrived by Monday, so I had to phone to chase. I was promised delivery the next day, which it was. My comments are that the website shouldn't suggest items are in stock when they aren't guaranteed to be, but I did have a call to advise me of this, and the best was done to rectify - I appreciated the proactiveness.
