Been trying to get to buy some p790 irons and can’t get a reply Totally disgusting customer service after being a loyal customer and recommended them to friends I will buy from elsewhere from now on

That’s my last order from Clarke Iv been asked to revise my review as it as been resolved even though iv not spoken to anyone so I have revised it to 1 star instead of 2 thank you

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review your order and our recent telephone conversation, firstly I must apologise for the error, we do run a live stock website and we work extremely hard to keep it accurate. With regards to the refund, we did refund immediately however it only refunded the front end and not out of the PayPal account. This has now been rectified. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!! THEY HAVE SENT ME PART AN ORDER AND SHOW NO INTEREST IN COMPLETING IT. SUE THE MANAGER SAYS THEY SENT THE FULL ORDER WHICH IS NOT TRUE AS THE BOX WAS SO THIN AND FLIMSY NO ONE WOUDL EVER SEND A FULL SET OF IRONS IN A BOX LIKE THAT. I HAVE PROVIDED PICTURES OF THE DELIVERY AND THEY STILL DONT ACCEPT IT. NO INTEREST IN SORTING THE ISSUE WAS TOLD TO RING THE POLICE ... WOW !!! BLAMED DPD THEN BLAMED ME ... I AHVE STOPPED THE PAYMENT ON MY CARD BUT WILL NEVER GO NEAR THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES

Placed my order and excited to receive my goods in time for Father’s Day. Only one item arrived. Emailed and had a prompt reply asking what item was missing, which I replied to. No reply to my email to advise the status. Phoned the shop to be told the missing item would be posted out the following Monday, which meant I missed giving the item as a gift. I was told as a token of apology as I missed Father’s Day (order was placed well in advance), a gift of golf balls would have been given. Second item received, no free gift. Again, although I received my full order eventually, the poor customer service made my experience poor.

I was going to write a good review but just noticed the review I posted in the week has been removed it seems they can pick and choose what stays online really democratic. I am pleased with the service I got on my last order it was outstanding but removing my review has done my head in

Really poor, I ordered a under armour polo and needed it next day delivery. The website was not allowing that option, I went on the chat help on your website and a very friendly lady assured me it would be with me the following day (I have it in writing) to my surprise it didn’t arrive the following day and there was no chance I could wear it to my golf tournament. I went back on the chat and ask what was going on they put it down to an issue with DPD and it’s not left but they said it would be with me the next day (not that I needed it anymore) and I was offered some free golf balls chucked in as an apology. The polo arrived there were no “free golf balls” in sight, please don’t say that you’ll ensure you will provide a service and a free product and do neither, really poor customer service, real shame, I’ll spend my money on golf merchandise elsewhere from now on.

Ordered a 3wood which is advertised and was sent a 5 wood ! Added to that I have had a return fee deducted from what I have paid! I feel cheated let alone out of pocket!

I have looked into your order and I can confirm you did order a 5 wood and the correct club was sent to you. I am unsure about the confusion. With regards to returns postage, if you exchange your product the postage is free of charge if you request a refund there is a postage fee for a club is £5.50. I will NOT be making another purchase from Clarke's Golf as I object to the addition on your purchase of the (newsub)of £2.45 per item whatever this is for so but aware of this.

Employee Joe at St Helens Ordered a wedge over the phone with Joe at St Helens for my Wife. The Callaway Jaws wedge arrived in the wrong loft and bounce. As I had just ordered other items from this store, Joe stared that he would send out a temporary wedge until the correct item was available some months later. He stated and this was recorded on a works phone that when they delivered the correct item they would pick up the temporary wedge at the same time. Well they have informed us that the correct wedge is now in stock but that they want us to return the unused temporary wedge before they will despatch the correct item that we have already paid for. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, Why do we have to spend further time and effort when the error is Clarkes golf not ours, how can we trust this company who are happy to behave in such a way, they are also more than happy to blame Callaway for their error. Also when they sent the wrong wedge they delivered the temporary wedge at the same time as they picked that up, so why do they want to waste my time further, it's a joke.
