I have sent 2 emails asking to return an item via the post office and have had no response at all.

I have NOT purchased anything from Clarke's except a 50 ball bucket for the driving range.

I have been reviewing Clarkes golf but they keep removing my reviews how diplomatic is that they can’t take criticism if there good I will say so but when things go wrong they don’t want to know they started off really good with customer service but after I spent over a £1000 they wasn’t bothered about customer service I now use clubhouse golf who seem good up to now

Brought a motocaddy hydro flex with the easilock system .The bag is ok, but didn’t suply the 2 pins to insert into the bag base.

Good afternoon David, Just to follow up on this one with a public reply. We are extremely sorry for the delay with DPD on the delivery of your parcel We emailed you at the time of finding out of the delay and although no postage was charged to you, due to the lateness of the delivery we refunded you £3.95 (Our standard postage charge) and sent a gift card to be used against a future purchase. We do hope you will consider shopping with us again and can see the gift card is still live, so it might be worth looking in our end of year sale ;-) Regards Sue

Ordered a jumper for sons birthday tomorrow but they sent a size large instead of a medium so birthday present ruined Sick to death of people not doing there job it says medium on the order for gods sake wake up.

We re-sent the correct garment out to you on a next day delivery and on this occasion did not collect the incorrect sweater as a goodwill for the inconvenience caused here. The loyalty points are a waste of time I tried to redeem them on an order today but it won’t let me cash them in so now my points have disappeared as well back to 0 points from 600 Ha

Hello Stuart, We are very sorry you found claiming your points a difficulty online. We did try and assist via e-mail and offered to telephone you to assist, once you checked out we refunded the value of your loyalty points off the order so you did not lose out. Regards

Having trouble getting item delivered was told it was left next door but actually sent back to you was then told it would go straight back out when it was received 1week later still not been sent out very disappointed

Hi Mark, We are very sorry that DPD failed to deliver your parcel. Looking at the notes I can see we re-sent your parcel back out via Royal Mail and issued you with a Gift Card to be used against a future purchase. We do hope you will consider Shopping at Clarkes' Golf again. Regards

Parcel was refused by Royal Mail on 7th Nov as an empty package arrived with a delivery note. Jacket was no where to be seen. Currently have paid for a jacket not received.

I ordered a golf bag which was falsely advertised with photo on your website in a particular colour. This arrived and was the incorrect colour when I spoke to a rep in your office she has explained the photo was completely wrong and you don’t even hold the colour I had ordered on your site, not only am I having to now organise a return that I’m being charged for I am out of pocket £170+ Whilst I wait for my return to be processed and have had to order from additional website which has put me a further £215 out of pocket. Massive inconvenience, thankfully for others this ad has now been changed but this is no help to me.

False advertisement on a pair of shoes I ordered. Only found out they were out of stock when I rang them. To top it off the polo shirt I received is juniors and they didn’t specify that when I was on the phone to them.

We do run a live stock website and we work really hard to ensure this is accurate at all times. However, on this occasion we could not locate your item. I apologise for this. Also, I must apologise once more as you are correct, you were not advised immediately of this error. We have addressed this issue and have put steps in place to ensure this does not happen again. With regards to the Junior shirt, it did state in the description this was a junior shirt I hope the issues have not put you off shopping with us in the future Regards Clarkes' Golf

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review your order and our recent telephone conversation, firstly I must apologise for the error, we do run a live stock website and we work extremely hard to keep it accurate. With regards to the refund, we did refund immediately however it only refunded the front end and not out of the PayPal account. This has now been rectified. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!! THEY HAVE SENT ME PART AN ORDER AND SHOW NO INTEREST IN COMPLETING IT. SUE THE MANAGER SAYS THEY SENT THE FULL ORDER WHICH IS NOT TRUE AS THE BOX WAS SO THIN AND FLIMSY NO ONE WOUDL EVER SEND A FULL SET OF IRONS IN A BOX LIKE THAT. I HAVE PROVIDED PICTURES OF THE DELIVERY AND THEY STILL DONT ACCEPT IT. NO INTEREST IN SORTING THE ISSUE WAS TOLD TO RING THE POLICE ... WOW !!! BLAMED DPD THEN BLAMED ME ... I AHVE STOPPED THE PAYMENT ON MY CARD BUT WILL NEVER GO NEAR THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES

Placed my order and excited to receive my goods in time for Father’s Day. Only one item arrived. Emailed and had a prompt reply asking what item was missing, which I replied to. No reply to my email to advise the status. Phoned the shop to be told the missing item would be posted out the following Monday, which meant I missed giving the item as a gift. I was told as a token of apology as I missed Father’s Day (order was placed well in advance), a gift of golf balls would have been given. Second item received, no free gift. Again, although I received my full order eventually, the poor customer service made my experience poor.

I was going to write a good review but just noticed the review I posted in the week has been removed it seems they can pick and choose what stays online really democratic. I am pleased with the service I got on my last order it was outstanding but removing my review has done my head in
