“Outstanding. Due to a manufacturers error the wrong size item was sent out. I called them as soon as I took receipt of the item. To cut a long story short within 1 hour of reciepting the wrong item I had had 2 conversations with their customer service, confimations of what and why, a returns label had been printed and the wrong item was in the post. As soon as this was confimed a new item was also in the post, which I received 2 days later. Great customer service and a pleasure doing business with. The item itself is a perfect fit and does a great job of keeping me dry.”
