Morning Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Clarkes' Golf. We read every email. Always looking for ways to improve our customer service. After looking at your order we can see you ordered personalised balls on 4th December. These were being personalised with Titleist which we said on the website it was a 10 to 14 working day turn around. These were dispatched to you within the time frame and I can see you picked them up from the drop off shop on 23rd December ready for Christmas. With regards to the damaged box this is the first time hearing this. We are very sorry as we always use extra packaging to ensure there is no damage. “I ordered a gift voucher for express delivery, but after 4 days it still hadn't arrived. I emailed early Christmas Eve morning on the off chance that someone could help. I got a very helpful response pretty much straight away, with a copy of the gift card that I could print off and a refund of the delivery charge. Amazing service that wasn't expected seeing it was so close to Chinlstmas. Thanks again for such wonderful customer service!”
