“Shoes that got delivered were the wrong ones, but in the right box. Marked across the laces. This was a present for my son for his Christmas & can’t be bothered with the hassle of sending them back. What is the outcome of this?”

Morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. Every review is important to us as we are always striving to give the best customer service. I have taken a look at your order and prior to this review this is the first time we have heard that the incorrect size was sent to you. Since then we have tried calling and emailing you as we would like to send you the correct pair and also give you a gift card by way of an apology. I have also looked into your order and it seems like these shoes were sent incorrectly by the supplier. This of course no excuse and we apologise for the error and inconvenience caused. “Got fitted for the new titleist irons and had a fantastic time Andy was terrific and explained everything to me plainly and easy to understand and then gave his recommendations which I went with Would recommend to everyone to go to Clarkes for club fitting”
