Can't fault the service but would like free returns as I bought shoes that did not fit so cost me to return

Good morning, Thank you for reviewing Clarkes'Golf we have noted your comments, hpwever, we do not charge postage if you are exchanging an item. This is free of charge. If you would like a refund we do charge £4 return postage, where your item is tracked and insured as soon as you drop it off at the post office. If you can find a cheaper way to post your item back you are welcome to use this also. I hope this helps Regards Clarkes' Golf

I ordered a club that appeared to be in stock. I then had a call to advise that it was not available until mid-May. When I queried this, I was advised that it was possible to obtain one within a week, delivery was promised for the following Friday. It had not arrived by Monday, so I had to phone to chase. I was promised delivery the next day, which it was. My comments are that the website shouldn't suggest items are in stock when they aren't guaranteed to be, but I did have a call to advise me of this, and the best was done to rectify - I appreciated the proactiveness.

Website error meant my product was not available so I was disappointed. Customer service OK, and Clarkes did contact me (after several days) to tell me the item wasn’t available. The offer of 10% off another product was fine the first time, but not when offered several times after I had refused it. Also not pleased to have the subsequent refund described as a “returned item”. I never received an item to return!!

Product great, a bit disappointing I paid extra for next day delivery and ordered before cut off but still took an extra day.

I am sorry to hear the product did not arrive the next day. I have looked into this error and it has been missed on our part. First time I’ve ever had a problem with you guys. Normally very reliable but I bought and paid for a item only to be told the next day it was out of stock.

Ordered golf balls. They were fine, as expected, but packaging was totally ripped. As these were a gift it was fortunate that recipient wasn't home at time of delivery. Had to wrap as individual packets rather than in box they came in.

1) A few weeks ago I made an on-line chat enquiry - still awaiting a response. 2) Recently purchased a couple of items but your on line payment system does not inspire confidence. Not sure I would use it again.

The ordering was very straight forward but my parcel was sent to the wrong address despite my being phoned by some from Clarke’s Golf. Therefore having arranged for someone to wait in for my parcel I had to go collect it from a designated retailer which was not ideal.

all good on the delivery side havent had to return anything yet - ro me that is a key thing in any store ive used. found that out with “other” golf retailers before when returning became an issue until i bad reviewed them then it suddenly all changed

Ordered a nice pair of Golf shoes for my Dad for Christmas. I thought I was order from Clarke so would have min 28 days plus more for Christmas. I was surprised it wasn't the normal Clarkes as I'd never heard of Clarkes Golf. I will only know how good the product is when he gets to try his shoes

Arrived quickly but too small. Returned straight away asking for an exchange to a bigger size. Still waiting and no acknowledgement of exchange being sent!

Hi, It was good to chat to you regarding your experience with DPD. Unfortunately, we were not aware of the trouble you were having getting the parcel delivered. Some decent deals but these are compromised by postage costs and no free returns. I would buy more from them if those terms were different.

Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf, I can confirm postage is free if you choose 2-3 day delivery when purchasing and we also aim to get all orders out on a next day service whenever possible. With regards to return postage this is also free if you choose to exchange your goods. I hope this will not put you off using Clarkes' Golf in the future

Usually pretty good but I ordered some left handed clubs for my grandson and never heard a thing again from them. Which I think is pretty poor customer service.
