I have looked into your order and I can see you used a discount code. This reduced the cost of your item by £2.45. Therefore when refunding you, we paid you the reduced price you paid for the item. “Employee Joe at St Helens Ordered a wedge over the phone with Joe at St Helens for my Wife. The Callaway Jaws wedge arrived in the wrong loft and bounce. As I had just ordered other items from this store, Joe stared that he would send out a temporary wedge until the correct item was available some months later. He stated and this was recorded on a works phone that when they delivered the correct item they would pick up the temporary wedge at the same time. Well they have informed us that the correct wedge is now in stock but that they want us to return the unused temporary wedge before they will despatch the correct item that we have already paid for. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, Why do we have to spend further time and effort when the error is Clarkes golf not ours, how can we trust this company who are happy to behave in such a way, they are also more than happy to blame Callaway for their error. Also when they sent the wrong wedge they delivered the temporary wedge at the same time as they picked that up, so why do they want to waste my time further, it's a joke.”
