“As always Clarkes Golf were efficient in dispatching my golf club and I got it at a great price. Haven’t used club yet so can’t say how bad I’ll be hitting with it. Wish me luck.”

“I had to return a purchase I did find it difficult to follow instructions on your site So I called your customer service. A very patient and kind man answered and helped me through what I needed to do . Very happy with Clarke golf , will definitely use them again.”

“The golf water proof jacket is great and was dispatched on time by Clarkesgolf. However, the delivery service by DPD was less than satisfactory. The parcel was due to arrive on a Sat which was absolutely fine. I saw the DPD van outside our house and then watched in disbelief as the driver did not even get out of the vehicle and try and make delivery via the small gate at the front of the property or ring the intercom at our main gates. He just drove off without attempting delivery. An email was sent by the driver saying that the parcel would be delivered to our local Co-op and that this would be ready the following Tuesday ! I sent an email to you at the time about this issue but unfortunately did not receive a reply from you to my feedback. I will think twice about ordering from you again as your strategic delivery partner has let you down. I specifically needed this parcel to be delivered on time without having to wait a further 3 days.”

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We read every single review always striving to give the best customer service possible. We have looked into your order and can see that you ordered on Wednesday 1st April at 08.59pm on a next working day FREE delivery. We can confirm this was picked and packed and actually sent out on the Thursday. Unfortunately this was a bank holiday weekend Good Friday and Easter Monday are not classed as working days. So the next day delivery would be Tuesday. I can see this was delivered actually on Tuesday. So on time. With regards to the lack of email response We believe we had already spoken to you over the phone. It was unfortunate the timing of your order. We hope this makes sense. “Wilson Duo Soft golf ball These balls were good value at £14.95 compared to the other coloured ones at £22.95. They definitely feel softer and I seemed to have more control with them. They were despatched quickly and delivered within a couple of days, so all good. Liked them so much I bought another dozen as long as you don't mind green you'll be fine.”

“My adapter on Callaway mini driver had started to move,work loose. Booked it in for repair with Clarkes Golf, with in couple days adapter fixed along with new grip which I ordered. Great service and brilliant price”
