“I was quite excited to order my first box from this company, in an effort to move away from supermarket purchased treats. I gave the first chew to my dog, a hoof, and he liked it, however the next day he was vomiting repeatedly. I figured there may be an allergy to that specific protein and I took away the chew, however when I inspected closely, I found dried maggots inside. Although the vomiting may have been unrelated to this, I did not feel confident giving another item from the box to my dog, as I feel unsure about how clean these chews are before they get dried.”

In relation to our processes we outsource a team to ensure that our products are clean and dried up to UK standards. Unfortunately, in this case it does not look like the order was up to the normal standard of care. We are currently performing a quality check to ensure that this is a one-off occurrence. “Very quick service,parcel arrived when said. Good quality products, my dog loves them though the rabbit ears are gone in minutes, ears take a little longer may have to order the box for hard core chewers next time. Well worth the price will buy again.”
