“I received the treats and the packaging was excellent. Delivery prompt. I have given four stars as pup hasn't tried them yet. So once she is with us and training starts I will review again and I suspect ordering lots more 🥰”

“Good chews but they just don’t last very long with my puppy one box should last a month (they say) but only last 2 weeks so it’s working out a bit expensive”

“I love Chomp and Chew products, they’re natural but seem to taste great to my dog. Delivery is very quick. My only feedback would be that the training treats could be half the size. Or maybe have a puppy selection that are smaller then the adult selection. I try and cut mine in half but it’s not easy!”

“Our puppy is really enjoying his chimp and chew box and I will definitely purchase another, the only downside is the packaging, I would prefer it to be more robust to help with odour (I’ve stored them in a Tupperware container)”

“Great company. Love the chews and the explanations that come with them. We expected the pork spaghetti to be alright from 8 weeks as said on the info page.. it caused major diarrhea for days. Leading to a hefty vet bill for medicine. Although this is the case, I take 99% responsibility as she had only been on kibble and needed to settle in before massive dietary changes. Overall love love love”

“The quality of the products is very good and my pup happily chews away on whatever is offered. I initially had a problem with communication with the company, which turned out to be a technical glitch on their side. Once this was resolved they went out of their way to sort it out and were very apologetic and sent me a free gift to say sorry for my trouble. Mistakes happen sometimes and I think the sign of good customer service is taking responsibility and offering some recompense. This Chomp and Chew did very well. I will be ordering again”

“Great quality treats and alwats such quick delivery. Some advertised items included in the box have been missing the last couple of times (sprats). Difficult to say if these were substituted for something else or not.”

Hello, Thankyou for taking the time to review us and we are very happy to hear your positive experiences. Unfortunately, at this very moment in time we have discontinued the sprats due to a stock shortage with our supplier. We are substituting the sprats for an alternative product (This will be extra of another product which is already included in the box). You will find that the substitutes do backdate from the past couple of months. In your future boxes there would be an extra treat of something else to replace the 20g of dried sprats which are no longer included. “Great products and prices! Generally really happy with my order. One point that it states that I just had to write a note to ask for the chews in little bags, which I did. As my dog is coming from America and I wanted them to stay fresh for a bit longer in the freezer. However, they arrived not in bags which was inconvenient.”

“My puppy loves the chews especially large pigs ears. Postage makes orders expensive. Could you offer free postage for an order say over £50? I’m sure lots would take advantage of such off.”

“My dogs a really fussy one so he turns his nose up to so much thought I would give these a try wasn’t very successful he liked the rabbit ears and chew bars but was unwilling to try much else but that’s no fault of the items just my fussy one . Got lots in the box at good value .”
