“My puppy loves the chews especially large pigs ears. Postage makes orders expensive. Could you offer free postage for an order say over £50? I’m sure lots would take advantage of such off.”

“My dogs a really fussy one so he turns his nose up to so much thought I would give these a try wasn’t very successful he liked the rabbit ears and chew bars but was unwilling to try much else but that’s no fault of the items just my fussy one . Got lots in the box at good value .”

“Really good natural treats for my two border collies. However, one only really eats the beef ones, so having options to add/remove things in the boxes would be really good!”

“Contact and acknowledgement with customer is second to none. The product is well packaged. The dispatch could have been quicker. The product however is exactly what you want to treat your dogs with. Clean, healthy and nutritious. I would highly recommend Chomp and Chew to everyone who care about their dog’s welfare”

“Really good products and selection for my tough chewing Lurcher. The chicken feet were considerably bulkier than ones from previous suppliers though, so my smaller elderly dog couldn’t manage some of them so missed out. Will try something else for him in next order. I appreciate being bigger is probably a positive for most people!”

“Fantastic variety of treats and other dog treats is available - particularly love the selection boxes, and our dog seems to love everything! Only minor complaint is delivery doesn't seem to be the fastest (but hard to know how much of that is due to royal mail delays).”

Hi Lucy, Great to hear that you and your dog are happy with the products! As for shipping, we ship every order the next business day with Tracked 48 service and this usually gets the parcel to customers pretty quick. However, recently there were many Royal Mail strikes which delayed some deliveries and maybe your parcel got held up by that. We cannot ship orders at the weekend as there is no Royal Mail collection either. Kind regards, Bernadett
