“I wanted to love these products but both my dogs were poorly after eating them! I just wanted to make sure I fed the info back to you.”

Hello, Thankyou for sharing your feedback with us regarding your order and we are sorry to hear that your dogs have been poorly. Many factors can cause a dog to become poorly which includes sensitives and allergies. It is always worth checking what proteins have been consumed and monitoring closely in the future to ensure that no common issues occur. All of our treats are completely natural and contain nothing other than what is stated on the ingredients. The treats are also air dried so no horrible and nasty ingredients are used during this process. Unfortunately, it is a guessing game to why your dog has become poorly, it is worth taking into consideration all factors including food and environmental causes. If the issues continues then it would be advised to seek support from a professional vet. I can see that to date this has not been reported to us directly (other than this review). “Prompt delivery and excellent content. My lad loves all the chews in his chomper box and I live the fact that they are natural and good for him. Also, when he was a pup Chomp and Chew gave me great advice on how to introduce him to the different chews. Love this company ❤️”

“Great quality treats and alwats such quick delivery. Some advertised items included in the box have been missing the last couple of times (sprats). Difficult to say if these were substituted for something else or not.”

Hello, Thankyou for taking the time to review us and we are very happy to hear your positive experiences. Unfortunately, at this very moment in time we have discontinued the sprats due to a stock shortage with our supplier. We are substituting the sprats for an alternative product (This will be extra of another product which is already included in the box). You will find that the substitutes do backdate from the past couple of months. In your future boxes there would be an extra treat of something else to replace the 20g of dried sprats which are no longer included. “My first order from Chomp & Chew: my puppy was so excited, she jumped onto the table to help me open the box, which involved the amazing "puppy munchy box". Needless to say, my pup is delighted every time I open the box for a new treat. She savours every moment - 45 minutes for the pigs snout! So, we're very pleased and would heartily recommend this site to other puppy owners.”

“Great products and prices! Generally really happy with my order. One point that it states that I just had to write a note to ask for the chews in little bags, which I did. As my dog is coming from America and I wanted them to stay fresh for a bit longer in the freezer. However, they arrived not in bags which was inconvenient.”

“I have a 3 month old puppy who wants to chew on everything so Chomp and Chews Puppy Chomper boox is ideal - she has devoured all of the snacks and long lasting ones are a dream as they keep her away from my shoes !!!! Its all digestible and as nature intended which is always a plus ! Very quick delivery too.”
