“Fast delivery and reasonable value, but found the puppy box chews still too big for my small dog”

Hello, Thankyou for sharing your feedback with us today! I am happy to hear that your delivery was fast and you find the variety boxes good value for money. Regarding the size of the treats I can see that you have been purchasing our puppy variety box. The boxes are designed for puppies ages 10+ weeks of age and the treats are designed as long lasting chews. Due to them being long lasting they do come in a variety of different sizes. Regarding the size of treats as they come straight from the animal and are completely natural, this does mean that we are not always in control of how they look. If the treats are too big for your preference then cutting them down smaller may be suggested. If there is any treat in particular which you are finding too big then requesting a reasonable swap by adding a note to your order may be suitable for you. Our team will then review the swap and try and adjust your box to suit your individual needs. Alternatively, we do offer bags of treats which include smaller type treats. “Ordered a box of the mighty chomper ones, arrived safely but for some reason my dog not keen on them. He loves pigs/buffalo ears from the pet shop but wasn't overly bothered by these & he's quite a foodie. Nothing against the product just not for him I guess.”

Hello, Thankyou for sharing your feedback with us today! I am sorry to hear that the treats was not up to your dogs standard. Our treats are very fresh and due to no added chemicals the scent of our treats are a lot stronger than store bought. Whilst most dogs will appreciate this smell we can imagine that like humans some dogs will be more picky with the foods they eat. We have a variety of other treats and boxes available on our website to suit lots of different appetites. “I was quite excited to order my first box from this company, in an effort to move away from supermarket purchased treats. I gave the first chew to my dog, a hoof, and he liked it, however the next day he was vomiting repeatedly. I figured there may be an allergy to that specific protein and I took away the chew, however when I inspected closely, I found dried maggots inside. Although the vomiting may have been unrelated to this, I did not feel confident giving another item from the box to my dog, as I feel unsure about how clean these chews are before they get dried.”

“Usually really good service from this company, but I was disappointed with my last order. One item sent to me was out of date, another was not fit for purpose. I genuinely wondered if I’d been sent ‘rejects’ because I had used £6 worth of loyalty points as partial payment. Anyway, the issues have been resolved now (somewhat reluctantly by customer service), but I’m sorry to say I won’t be ordering from this company again.”

“I bought these for a friend's puppies aa a gift. The packaging and contents were excellent. The gift was gratefully received, and they were very impressed with the variety of the contents. Those puppies will have a happy chewing time.”

The plastic is made form recyclable material and can be recycled. It offers weather protection as well as to contain the smell of the treats

“The treat boxes and food is amazing. The staff are also amazing. The sturdy toys, however, weren’t sturdy. My pooch wrecked a very expensive toy in an hour.”
