“Unfortunately, these chews smell absolutely terrible. The whole apartment started smelling awful as soon as we gave our puppy a chew. Some of them also break off easily into small fragments thereby making a big mess all over the house. Would not recommend.”

Hello, Thankyou for sharing your feedback with us regarding your order and we are sorry to hear that your dogs have been poorly. Many factors can cause a dog to become poorly which includes sensitives and allergies. It is always worth checking what proteins have been consumed and monitoring closely in the future to ensure that no common issues occur. All of our treats are completely natural and contain nothing other than what is stated on the ingredients. The treats are also air dried so no horrible and nasty ingredients are used during this process. Unfortunately, it is a guessing game to why your dog has become poorly, it is worth taking into consideration all factors including food and environmental causes. If the issues continues then it would be advised to seek support from a professional vet. I can see that to date this has not been reported to us directly (other than this review). Hi Andrew, Sorry to hear that but unfortunately natural treats can often have a bit of an odour. Dogs taste with their nose and for them, the smellier, the better. We don't try to sell our products under the promise of 'smells like roses' but around how natural and beneficial they are for the dogs and promote health as opposed to some other less-smelly treats sold by companies who don't care about the health of your dog.

Hi Matthew - we did offer but you said it was already in the bin. Contacting us by leaving a comment on a FB post is not really contacting us, when we are happy to answer calls and e-mails. It's a shame that you just binned the box when there are many hungry dogs in rescue centres and you could have donated the treats. We explained to introduce the treats carefully as golden retrievers have sensitive stomach to which your response was that we should put a note on the product as to what breeds needs to be careful which is not really expected from us as one would think owners are fully aware of their dogs' potential health problems.
