“Tiles were perfect and great quality but customer service when I went to collect at the Bracknell Store was poor. The man was quite unfriendly which just made the experience a bad one. He didn’t help guide me when reversing to the garage shutter and could have told me I had gone over the wooden slat. It costs nothing to be friendly and smile.”
“Tiles arrived fine and look great, the only negative i would say is communication could be better never had any update on delivery or when and what company would be delivering.”

“Although I am satisfied with the product and your two assistants were extremely helpful on the day that I purchased the tiles, I then had to order another two boxes and sadly the person I spoke to was not particularly helpful. His attitude was 'when they arrive ' we will let you know in a very dismissive manner.
I am still waiting for a reply from that person for a receipt for my goods as I paid via a link through the email that he sent me.”
“I ordered a marble tile to see what it’s like. The tile arrived very quickly. However the tile was plain white with no pattern at all. I think they should have sent one with a bit of the pattern. Was a waste of money.”
“Ordered tiles and they were eventually delivered. The tiles were good quality. Dissapointing that I had to chase several times and the order was not showing up on the account. After installing them I asked if I could return them to any depot and there was zero response. I contacted them again and when I finally got the answer I went to return them to be told I was a day late. I raised the fact that I returned as soon as I got the answer to my questions and it was late because I had to chase the answer. They said if I had ordered in the store they would have been better equipped to answer the question which is not an adequate answer, just an excuse. I was therefore worse off for ordering the 10% waste as suggested and for not returning them due to not getting a response. They told me they would throw the tiles in the skip then trolleyed them off to the back which I suspect ended up back in the stock room.”
“Tile Giant offered a delivery service which a specific date for delivery, however, the tiles were not delivered on the date and in fact had to be arranged for the following Monday. I complained to Tile Giant and they gave me some compensation.”
“We ordered online as we did now know our local store did delivery of tiles which is annoying. I found that the delivery cost was quite expensive, however the delivery time was very prompt.
Now my issues are as follows.
Make sure you check your boxes, I found many broken tiles and some boxes didn't even have the right number of tiles within it and so I then had to contact them to send out the replacements.
Not sure who does their quality control but counting to 6 tiles per box shouldn't be and isn't a hard task. Yet many of our boxes only have 5 and a number of boxes had damaged and ruined tiles (not good for the price).
Luckily the replacements were shipped out promptly and in time for the job as you cannot get them from a local store if purchased online.”
“Took ages for tiles to be delivered, no updates on delivery had to ring to find out what was happening. I ordered some tiles from tops tiles at the same time, topps tiles are a lot better at keep me updated”
“When I telephoned Tile Giant Milton Keynes to enquire about Artisan wall tile I was told they don't stock them and to ring Customer Services. Matthew, at Customer Services, was incredibly helpful and quickly checked the MK store and said they definitely did have 30 of the tiles in store and that he'd ring the store and ask them to put one aside for me to look at. I was furious with the attitude of the member of staff at the store. I drove to MK and could immediately see the Artisan wall tiles were on display and no tile had been put aside for me. However, the person I dealt with in store was helpful and told me she'd been off for a few days and apologised for the way I'd been treated. I subsequently ordered the tiles on line and arranged for delivery to my home. I spoke to the delivery company and gave very specific details of how to find us and that the approach should be from the A41 and to gave my husband's mobile number as I wasn't going to be at the house. Either the driver took no notice or hadn't been given the information as he didn't approach from the A41 then tried to phone me to ask how to find us. What a waste of everyone's time!”
“The tiles I ordered took 8 days to arrive, & several very completely smashed, one tile was in 15 pieces. The remaining tiles were chipped & cracked. Poor packaging.
Needless to say I ordered similar tiles in bulk from a competitor.”

“My previous review stated the tiles were good, they were. However my gripe is that when I informed the salesman that I wanted 6 metres he rang up at least another metre on the till without informing me.The tiles were over £42 a metre so the additions that I did not ask for were expensive. Had I not been mathematically aware I might have paid the extra. @
'They are for breakages etc'. I was informed. They may say 'its ok, you can bring the rest back' but I might not want to drive all the way back to the tile shop to get a refund. I wrote to head office to question this sales technique but have heard nothing back so I have written this review to warn you of this dodgy sales technique!”
