“if you are renovating an entire house like we did then look somewhere else. the tiles are lovely but i think it should be made really clear that when you go into store and order, those are not delivered to your house. over a thousand pouds worth of tiles. they will be delivered to store and you will have to make multiple trips to the store for days and days to ge them home in your hatchback car and the store assistant will not help to load them into the car. when we made the order in store we said this was our address and the assistant said they don't need that yet, so we thought they will ask for our address later. not once was it mentioned that the tiles are not delivered. very heavy boxes too.”
“I ordered a marble tile to see what it’s like. The tile arrived very quickly. However the tile was plain white with no pattern at all. I think they should have sent one with a bit of the pattern. Was a waste of money.”

“The second delivery team were so supportive of my dad who at 98 didn't have a clue who they were when he answered the door to them. The delivery team were excellent because they unloaded some of my order indoors and left the rest under the porch instead of on the pavement, which made it so much easier to take inside when I arrived. They also rang to confirm that they had arrived, were unlaoding and then leaving. This put my mind at rest given the number of thefts in my area.”

“Ordered tiles and they were eventually delivered. The tiles were good quality. Dissapointing that I had to chase several times and the order was not showing up on the account. After installing them I asked if I could return them to any depot and there was zero response. I contacted them again and when I finally got the answer I went to return them to be told I was a day late. I raised the fact that I returned as soon as I got the answer to my questions and it was late because I had to chase the answer. They said if I had ordered in the store they would have been better equipped to answer the question which is not an adequate answer, just an excuse. I was therefore worse off for ordering the 10% waste as suggested and for not returning them due to not getting a response. They told me they would throw the tiles in the skip then trolleyed them off to the back which I suspect ended up back in the stock room.”
