“I didn’t see the buy one get one free offer until after I placed the order. I sent a message straight away to request the free hot water bottle. I was advised the package had been sent and could not be amended. That is fair enough but when I requested if it could be sent out separately I was told that wasn’t possible. Seems like a very inflexible attitude towards customers. Very disappointing.”
