“Very prompt service. Lovely hot water bottle, particularly as they seem to be bigger than some. A very nice quality tartan cover too, which although advised against, did wash very well on a low temperature. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the bottle comes with a strong, sweet, sickly smell in the rubber. This is fading gradually but I found it very unpleasant.”

“Beautifully designed website (although I managed to confuse it a little on the payment pages). VERY reasonably priced compared to John Lewis or Argos (which surprised me!). And the product is really good. I bought two 'complete' - the snow leopard and the giraffe. And now have two very warm smiley kids!! Thank you!”

“Efficient processing, communication and dispatch. Great product for a good price. I was worried about the rubber smell despite the inclusion of vanilla on their part, however the smell is actually ok! It's also really good that you can buy replacement caps for safety too. Two thumbs up. Thank you team.”

“Picture on the website doesn't do them justice as you cannot see how incredibly soft they are. I'd been looking for one for my little girl for a while as she gets leg pains that only a hot water bottle helps with, but she takes her bunny to bed with her every night even without me filling it. Perfect size for cuddles too. Have now brought the bear ready for my little boys birthday.. also gorgeous.”
