“Picture on the website doesn't do them justice as you cannot see how incredibly soft they are. I'd been looking for one for my little girl for a while as she gets leg pains that only a hot water bottle helps with, but she takes her bunny to bed with her every night even without me filling it. Perfect size for cuddles too. Have now brought the bear ready for my little boys birthday.. also gorgeous.”

“Website isn't entirely intuitive. When the hotwater bottle arrived the 'tissue paper' which was a nice touch was not correctly wrapped around the item. Package took a long time to arrive in Hungary.”

“Quick service, good product, I only wish they hadn't sent a pink hot water bottle. If you know that your customer is a guy (you have the name after all), I'd assume that most guys don't want pink. A red would have been a much better choice.”

“Their service was very quick and efficient, Unhappily the bottles, though all sound and good, had a strong perfume which I found difficult to live with. I was assured that it would wear off in time but they accepted that I personally didn't get on with the fragrance and gave me a full refund without any quibbles. They proved themselves to be all that you could wish for with an on-line company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (apart from the perfume!).”
