Very prompt service. Lovely hot water bottle, particularly as they seem to be bigger than some. A very nice quality tartan cover too, which although advised against, did wash very well on a low temperature. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the bottle comes with a strong, sweet, sickly smell in the rubber. This is fading gradually but I found it very unpleasant.
