Hi Hayley, Thanks for your review. At the time your messages on instagram went into the blocked folder and so did not pull through to our customer service system and your email went into junk which we didn't check so often. The team now checks instagram and the junk folder daily! Once we contacted you we resolved your order, the initial error being down to the product packaging being mislabelled at source. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused on this occasion, however your review has helped us to improve what we do!

“The capacity is smaller than I’m used to but it still delivers on heat output. My only gripe is that the cover is so slippery! Easy to drop and easy to slide out of the bed between mattress and top sheet. Pretty colour though.”

“As we all aim to cut our heating costs, this is the first year, since childhood, I have used a hot water bottle. I bought the Long Hot Water Bottle and it arrived a few days later. It is a great purchase and suits me better than the traditional shape. Would recommend the product and the company highly”
