“Looks good and says compliant with BS 1970-2012, but where is the 'daisy wheel' showing which year/month they were manufactured/produced in. As all hotwaterbottles shouldn't be used for more than 2 years after manufacture, this is FUNDAMENTAL. Where can i find this infomation? Thanks”

“The hot water bottles seem to be good quality. I have bought hot water bottles from this company before. I have always been happy with them, and they have lasted a reasonable length of time. The bottles were dispatched promptly.”

“Thankyou for this opportunity. Love the 2 litre sized bottles which have been difficult to find for several years. If these double ribbed turn out to be as good as my previous purchase of (single ribbed)one will be more than contented with the quality”

“I ordered Hadley The Hedgehog for my grandaughter for Christmas. He arrived and I can honesty say he's absolutely gorgeous. Very soft and cuddly and a good size. The only thing I would say is the shipping was a little slow and I was given the wrong tracking number, other than that it was perfect.”

“I got the large deer heatie and I am satisfied with the product, but the quality of the plush is not the greatest. A lot of shedding is happening and the fabric kind of tends to "sweat". The silica bead pillow heats very well and stays warm for about 2 hours so it definitely serves it's purpose! I'm also a little disappointed that I bought it for "30% off" and yet now the purchase price is cheaper than what I paid.”

Hi Cathy - thank you for your review. We understand writing reviews can be frustrating but it is a good way to get feedback so we can continue to improve our products and services. I have looked at your order and can see that you placed it on the afternoon of the 15th January and that it was despatched from our warehouse the same day on a Royal Mail 48 service which states delivery can take up to 3 working days. It was delivered to you a little later on 19th January. We apologise for this, however in some areas, in particular London, we find Royal Mail takes a little longer! We are sorry for the inconvenience caused on this occassion. THWBCo. x
