“I had to change my address before buying as I had my previous address registered. This is a cumbersome process, but it is understandable as some items they sell are really expensive. I would suggest to create a form where one can submit the documentation for changing address instead of navigating through customer service. Despite this, every interaction was cordial and fast. I am super happy with the customer service I recieved.”
