“The process of funding my account has never been smooth and quick so far. For some reason, their system rejects my card each time, though it accepts payments from this type of card according to the Royal Mint, and there's always enough funds in my account.
Secondly, once I've opted for a bank transfer, this takes a lot longer than with any other provider, be it my ISAs, bank to bank transfer etc. As a result, I'd need to keep some money in my account at all times at no interest, if I wanted to catch any dips in the price of any commodities. Otherwise by the time the trasnfer has been finally processed, the price has changed. I've still done this twice so far and just waited until the price dipped in order to capture the best price. But the process is less than perfect in my experience.”
“The purchase was simple and straight forward. Only disappointment was when I gave the gift as the receiver opened the gift the actual sealed plastic came off as we had a problem opening the 'Happy Birthday' sleve it was in/. The seal on that actual card caught on the bottom of the seal on the actual card the gold bar was on. We could not peel the seal on outer card so slit it open so as it was taken out to view it caught on th plastic. Not sure if it can be re-sealed, the item has not been removed from its original card? Please advise it this can be done.”
