“A very confusing way to set up an account. I somehow ended up with 3 accounts, even though I used the same email address, why aren't they checking for existing emails addresses like all other companies?
I subsequently transferred money to one of the accounts, the one I had the details for, only to find out a week later it had been put into one of my other unknown accounts. How could that happen if the transfer process originated from my known account.
Finally when I made enquiries to find out where my money was and the three account explained I was then told the only way I can close an account id by phoning customer services and that I couldn't do it directly from one of the accounts?
Having used a number of other similar services I can only say the Royal Mint gave the poorest performance. Perhaps being a Mint with the Royal patronage in front of their name gives them a get out of jail card if they had to compete with others.”
“I loved the coins I recieved. The reason I vote a 6 for recommending this to friends and family is because they are in the Netherlands, and ording in turned out to be an expensive habbit. For people within the UK, I would be more likely to recommend this.”

I bought my first gold online and RM assumed I wanted it kept in their vault. I called the same day and after a very long wait on the phone, I spoke to a man and asked when will my gold coin be delivered. He said in 5 to 7 working days. My purchase did not arrive. He was a waste of my time.
I chased and again after a long wait for my phone call to be answered, Emma answered. She was good and after 5 days, I got my coin.
I did not enjoy my experience and I had enough. No more buying anything from RM.”

The following day the order was sent out for delivery. So why not be honest and say sorry that my order was misplaced.”
