And the only contact received was the email order confirmation.
Thereafter, I have made 3 phone calls to establish where my order item is, the first call confirmed very little, the 2nd call sadly advised that my item wasn't available yet !.. and no email update.
Thereafter, and the 3rd call last week, finally confirmed that my item should be delivered soon !..
Friday, an email arrived, confirming receipt, but awaiting packaging, to be able to finally send this.
Again... Still waiting many weeks later.”

In general, it is a pity we can't leave say a years' worth of storage fees on the account without being asked to withdraw surplus funds.”
