“My favourite way to eat this is mixed with greek yoghurt, I do add fresh fruit as well, I normally eat it about 9am while sitting at my desk at work and it keeps me full until my lunch break at 1pm. I sometimes do an overnight porridge mix as well and add some fresh fruit.”

“I am not a great lover of breakfast so a glass of Putition is good for me. I make it with almond milk as it adds to the flavour and also cuts down on carbohydrates. I usually add some extra fruit- a few raspberries or whatever fruit I have in the house. I buy the individual sachets as it means that I can have lots of different flavours which is important for me. I know that I have had something nourishing for breakfast instead of missing breakfast and then being really hungry by eleven o'clock and having a snack, which then means I am not hungry at lunchtime, which again leads to mid afternoon snacking.”
