“I love the bitties in Puriton, it tastes good and I digest it well. I love the banana, chocolate, coconut and coffee walnut flavours. I ususlly add oats milk in it or Herbalife Protein. I have used other shakes before but this bitty stuff made Puriton my favourite morning and late afternoon drinks. I feel fuller and lost somr extra body weight.
