The powders are also delicious and I’ve found a variety of ways of using them, mainly in shakes with fruit or different milks. The service from Purition is always consistently reliable. “Just started having the purition shakes for breakfast and I love them. They have a nutty texture so I blend mine with milk for about a minute which makes it smooth and creamy. There is no over sweet taste and if I fancy sweetness I add half a banana to the mix which is lovely. The shakes are so filling that I really do not think about eating again until the afternoon which is really helpful when trying to shed some weight.
I order the individual sachets as I really like the variety. These are far away from the processed over sweet shakes in the supermarket and are so much better!”
