“Still loving my purition shakes have been buying for 2 years now . Have them any time of the day great for when you haven’t got time to rustle something up. Fantastic flavours - I tend to buy a couple of bags banana and strawberry and buy 10 sachets of the nutty ones. All mix well either hot or cold water or milk. Been having them hot lately in the morning with added blueberries nuts and Greek yogurt . I would say they are the best on the market such great natural tasting flavours . “I got myself a selection of individual sachets to try. I did really enjoy the taste of the first one I had with oat milk, and the texture made me feel like I was consuming something really healthy and not overly processed. But- I had the most awful stomach pain afterwards, which meant I had to take painkillers. I tentatively tried another flavour stirred into Greek yogurt (I have to admit I enjoyed the taste of this less), but the pain came back :( Needless to say I won’t be using 6 other sachets I purchased as it just isn’t worth it- it really hurts! My diet is rich in fruit and veg so I’m very used to fibre, and I’ve used protein shakes in the past with no ill effects, so I don’t know what the issue is. It’s a massive shame because I really wanted to use Purition regularly.”
Thank you for sharing your experience - I'm really sorry to hear about the stomach pain you had. That sounds awful and definitely not what we want for anyone trying Purition.
While most people's digestive systems get on well with our products, the natural ingredients like seeds and nuts can sometimes be a bit much for some people, even if you're used to high-fibre foods. Sometimes starting with just half a sachet can help you adjust over a few days.
