“I've been upping my daily protein intake this past year and purition has made it so easy to start the day on the right track. I make a morning smoothie with 40-50g of purition powder, some frozen berries and 300ml of homemade kefir. It's totally delicious and keeps me full for hours. No snacking cravings at all. Noted all flavours down to work out which to invest in the larger bags. All tasted awful when blended as a shake. Found them very, very sweet. Please drop the stevia!
I decided on recommendation to mix with greek yoghurt instead and this made a huge difference to the taste and I enjoy having for breakfast.
I ordered another set of individual packs as still don't want to commit to one flavour.
I find them satisfying and keep me full. I have lost 11lb in 4 weeks using this for one meal a day, this is also using lower calories in my other meals and light exercise but I feel the extra protein has given me more energy to do this.
In all, I do recommend but please please please stop using any sweeteners, the overwhelming taste of sweetness in the first week was awful”

I have tried and stuck to the nut flavours as I need no chocolate or sweet tasting temptation.
I generally have as a drink mixed with water mostly, occasionally almond milk. I add various things, soft fruit, an apple, orange, kiwi fruit and a protein powder.
I make it up to 500ml with water, 400g with milk.
For breakfast I really like Purition mixed into Greek yoghurt. I still add, almond, flakes, home made chai jam or goji berries..
I am satisfied for hours and actually could have for all 3meals! I have vegetarian meals for dinner but have a low cal sweet treat for supper.. Or nothing.
I don't weigh myself but my body is slimmer, I feel more focused.
Incidentally I gave up gluten at the same time and I'm certain that too has made a difference.
Prior to Purition I chopped nuts, fruit, ground flax, chai seeds and other nuts+seeds.
I'm 66 on a pension and although it is quite expensive for me, I'm not spending ages DIYing and overall those components are in the product so it works out cheaper.
