Over the years I have tried many shakes and meal replacement products. All have been packed with Carbs and Sweetners and not a product you could enjoy for long.
Puriton is all natural and with no added sugars or sweeteners you can pick up the real flavours and it never becomes too sweet and difficult to drink.
I love it with Almond or Soya milk. If you leave it to stand for a while the seeds mix in the milk better and it becomes creamier. I also love mixing the flavours. Banana and Raspberry is amazing.
I also add it to plain yogurt for a flavour that is all natural.
The Super Lattes are a lovely treat in the evening especially the beetroot one.
