“I bought a bag of the strawberry for my two teen girls. They often rush to school without wanting to spend their precious early mornings in the kitchen, it worried me that they were beginning the day with no food or a quick bowl of cereal. They both genuinely like this, so much so that the youngest makes this up with yogurt, banana and frozen fruit in the blender for both of them. I also use some to make āchocolate ballsā - energy balls with dates, nuts, cocoa, coconut oil and this powder. “Best powdered product ever. I have tried multiple protein shakes but this is the best for me as I can combine ingredients in the natural version (not sweetened) or enjoy macadamia and vanilla, or any other flavoured one. It is a very versatile product. Depending on my level of exercise I can also add protein powder and I indulge in the lattes powders too. I have not changed brand since before pandemic.”
