“I use these to increase both my protein and fibre. I mix the sachet with a small amount of yoghurt and add to my morning small oat porridge. Adds a good flavour, is easy to use and so far seems to be doing the job. Looking at other protein powders they seem to add a lot of ingredients that do not sound like food! Puritan powders tell me exactly what is in the pack.

Not only did they arrive quickly, but they are delicious and so easy to use, I make mine into porridge as I like to feel as if I've eaten breakfast as opposed to drink it. I have not been disappointed with any of the flavours so far and although it only seems like a small amount as I like mine quite thick, it sets me up for the day and gives me the energy I need to keep me going until lunchtime without the needs for snacking with the added bonus of no bloated feeling that I used to get after high carb cereals.
