“I am very fussy about the protein powder that I would choose to buy or consume. I love this product because of the whole food ingredients it contains. There is no rubbish in it. It contains: Whey Protein Isolate, seeds, dried fruits, almonds and natural flavours.
It is super delicious. I usually enjoy it with frozen mixed berries and milk, in a shake. Sometimes I just take the powder in water. I tend to use it after a workout or as a snack or part of a meal.
I really enjoy the limited flavours, particularly the blackberry or raspberry.
