I am getting really fed up with it day after day.
One big reason is that many products eg choc orange are disgustingly sweet for people who have cut back dramatically on sugar consumption.
I have crushed flax seeds with mine usually for my bp. Still too sweet and is stevia good for me anyway?”
“We ordered our second batch of Purtition and we are really pleased with the meal replacements. They taste great using crushed ice and a dash of maple syrup, not too much. It thickens the shake and keeps it cold. We decided yo get individual sachets for the variety. Excellent choice. I strongly recommend adding Purition to your meal plan.”
