“I've tried a variety of Purition products. I tried both whey and vegan sachets and decided that I prefer the whey based sachets. I settled on a big bag of macadamia and vanilla.
I mix the powder with yoghurt and thin it with a bit of milk. It keeps me full for a good 6 hours.
I tried the Keto bars, but tbh, I'm not a fan.

“I am a disabled pensioner who suffers from chronic back pain. As a result I am unable to cook as I cannot stand for more than a few minutes.
