“Very new to Purition but already enjoying the variety pack which allows me to sample different flavours before discovering a favourite. These are very simple to prepare and very tasty. I am hoping that this will result in a healthy weight loss using one shake for breakfast, one for lunch followed by a meal in the evening. I also purchased the Keto snack bars which are great to carry with you and have with a coffee should you feel peckish but so far have only sampled two of them as most days the shakes suffice until meal in the evening. I will leave another review to update on weight loss journey in a few weeks.”
“I dont have much time at lunchtime, so knowing that I could just put my Purition in a blender with some fruit and some milk is perfect. It is healthy and great for warmer days too. It definitely keeps me full for longer. I always have the almond one, but should be more adventurous and try some other flavours. Really happy.”
