“Got the mixed box this time and there is a good choice of flavours. Had the coconut one today with coconut yoghurt mixed in, lovely. I can’t really pick a favourite as they are all great even the plain one which I mix with a little peanut butter and plain yogurt. Would highly recommend as you can tell they do you good and they keep me full for ages.”

“I use protein powder but purition has something extra, the added nuts and seeds give me the feel i am having a treat. The coffee and walnut flavour is one of my favourites due to the the little bits of walnut and i dont fancy having it as cake anymore. I have it in yoghurt with some fruit on top. So far lost a kilo or 2.2 lbs because i dont fancy a biscuit with my coffee at 10 am. Long may purition last, i will not go back to a normal protein powder. No fake taste and all the goodness nature provides. I love it!!!”

So far they have kept me full sofar as I mainly have a very light lunch. The fiber balance is spot on and as for weight its a bit early to tell. All in all the shakes are all natural ingreadiants.”
