“Wasn't sure to begin with ,but now im mixing it with yoghurt ,I love it,,,have it for breakfast and keeps me satisfied until lunchtime...sometimes a second one for lunch,or when I've had a busy day and can't be bothered to start cooking I crunch up a well known wheat biscuit and add a pouch of purition and cold oat milk ,lovely,, in stead of a sandwich or other snack
